Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Vintage62, we know your time is valuable — and ours is too. That’s why we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £15 cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email — we’re always happy to help. We understand that life happens, so in exceptional circumstances, we may waive the fee at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
